Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I reach my storage limit?

Storage limits are a hard stop. Once you reach your plan's indexed content or file storage limit, new content stops being indexed or uploaded until you delete something or move to a larger plan. Retrieval is never cut off — querying the context you have already stored keeps working.

What's the difference between individual and team plans?

Individual plans (Free, Starter, Studio, and Pro) are billed at a flat monthly rate for a single person. Team plans (Team and Business) are billed per seat with a two-seat minimum, and add shared workspaces, organization-level controls, and role-based access control.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

There is no free trial on paid plans. The Free plan is available indefinitely and needs no credit card, so you can evaluate Orcha before moving to a paid plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) through Stripe.
